How do you ensure the quality of the steel?

We strictly select suppliers that meet the required standards and control the dimensional tolerances within the standard range. Mill’s testing certificate upon export will be provided to our customer. Additionally, at customer’s request, we can arrange third-party inspection and certificate of conformity will be issued.

What payment methods do you accept for steel orders?

For product orders, we accept payment methods such as L/C, T/T, and others.

Does your company keep stock of steel materials, and can customers order locally?

We maintain stock for commonly used materials, such as SA516 Gr70N, to ensure fast delivery. For specific grades and specifications, please consult us. In addition to our warehouse in China, we also have a warehouse in Vietnam, which enables us to provide fast delivery to nearby regions.

How can I avoid the impact of price fluctuations?

Steel, being a bulk commodity, is subject to frequent price fluctuations, which can affect customer cost control. For long-term agreement customers, we offer price locking options, with periods such as one quarter or one year.

Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

There is no MOQ for regular products. For agreement-based products, the minimum order will depend on the steel mill’s production schedule.

What is the process for handling quality disputes?

If customers find discrepancies between the received goods and the contract or technical agreement, they can raise the issue with us. After an initial review, we will submit a quality dispute to the steel mill. Both the steel mill and our representatives or a third-party inspector will verify the issue, and compensation will be provided once verified.
